Optics is a subject that is as important as any other faculty as we see the world through it. In my quest for the right progressive lens, I came across your video on youtube fortuitously without intention. I was very impressed with your honesty and in depth knowledge, without pushing it on any customer. This combination is very rare and I deem this very important.
Thank you for recommending me " ZEISS" which I considered too upscale to spend on an eye wear. Little was I prepared for such wonderful service from you and your Team in Zeiss. Thank you for understanding my requirements and making me understand many aspet of Optics.
With the three Zeiss lenses I have, I am most happy with the office lens which I was not even intending to buy. But your conviction, support and making me have one now shows results in myeveryday Life. It has become my most favourite lens to a point where I prefer this to progressive. Kudos to you. Mr. Mahesh was very kind to speak to me and give me the best support and he sent Mr. Paul to my studio, which is home to some of the World's most famous artists in the field of Music. Mr. Paul deeply analysed my requirement and I owe it to his commitment. He was meticulous, patient and very knowledgeable. I am sure Zeiss takes a lot of care in possessing and valuing these wonderful staff.
A few points to Zeiss if you could communicate :
1. I do recommend that Zeiss takes a lot of interest in the office lenses, which no one in any store recommends. Today the world lives with computers - as young as 8 year olds in school post pandemic. This lens is a boon and I think it needs to be marketed much more than it is currently.
2. The Zeiss Catalogue and its options are so confusing to a customer. Right from Titan to other big opticians in Chennai can't explain the various products well. I am a first hand witness to it. It was Mr. Sanjay who worked hard for this level of satisfaction for me. I wish Zeiss could make a straightforward list of lenses without confusing customers or leave incredible opticians to help customers value and know the products.
Once again, my thanks to you and Zeiss team for this incredible vision I have now because of "your vision for customer satisfaction". Looking forward for a lifelong optical journey with you Mr. Sanjay
